'Cast out' in the Bible
"Hypocrite! First cast out the beam from your own eye, and then you will see clearly how to cast the mote out of your brother's eye.
"Many in that day will say to me, "'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name, and in your name cast out demons, and in your name done many mighty works?'
"but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; there will be the wailing and the gnashing of teeth."
At evening-time they brought to him many demoniacs. He cast out the demons with a word, and healed all who were ill,
"Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.
Then Jesus entered into the Temple courts, and cast out all who were buying and selling there, and overturned the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of those who sold pigeons.
But cast out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; there will be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.'
